Annie Manjuran , Co- Founder
Annie Manjuran is a distinguished Canadian entrepreneur, executive leader, and global advocate for diversity, equity, and women’s leadership. She holds a Master of Business Administration from London, England, and has built a dynamic career spanning pageantry, fashion, manufacturing, and brand development. Annie is widely recognized for creating high-impact organizations that blend purpose-driven leadership with sustainable business growth.
As Founder and CEO of several nationally and internationally recognized platforms, Annie oversees Miss. Ms. Mrs. Canada (MCI), Miss & Ms. North America Pageants Inc., and World Universal Pageants Inc. Under her leadership, these organizations have evolved into reputable institutions focused on leadership development, personal branding, and community engagement, with strong international affiliations including Mrs. World, Mrs. Universe, and Mrs. Globe.
Annie’s leadership philosophy is rooted in inclusion, authenticity, and long-term impact. She has played a key role in modernizing pageantry by shifting its focus toward leadership, advocacy, and professional development—creating meaningful pathways for women to amplify their voices and serve as leaders within their communities.
Beyond pageantry, Annie is the founder of Edmonton Fashion Week, a diversity-driven platform advancing representation in the fashion industry, and Ambaries, a luxury silk kaftan brand inspired by empowerment and global culture. She also led Klaws Inc., a CNC aluminum manufacturing corporation, for over a decade, demonstrating strong operational and cross-industry leadership.
Her contributions have been recognized through national honors including the Top 75 Immigrant Award in Canada, the Top 40 Under 40 Award, and recognition as one of Pageant Planet’s Top 10 National Directors. Driven by a commitment to equity, innovation, and excellence, Annie Manjuran continues to build inclusive platforms that empower individuals, elevate brands, and create lasting global impact.

Navy Brar , Co – Founder
Navy Brar is a proud Edmontonian, deeply committed to uplifting the city’s fashion and creative communities. As the co-founder of YEG Fashion Inc. (Edmonton Fashion Week) , Navy is committed to boosting the careers of local designers, fashion illustrators, photographers, and models by providing them a prestigious platform to showcase their talents.
A versatile professional, Navy holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta and has served the city in various roles as Transit & LRT Operator and now Transit safety Professional. Her dedication to public safety and her entrepreneurial spirit have driven her to make significant contributions to both the public sector and the fashion industry.
Navy is also an advocate for social change. She co-founded the Pageant Voices Alliance (PVA), an advocacy network that empowers beauty queens to use their platforms for positive impact.
